Your Crested Butte team
We live in Crested Butte — and we can be at your door in about 20 minutes.
We are not dispatching a van over a mountain pass to reach you. Crested Butte has its own Garage Guardian technician, based right here in 81224, working Elk Avenue, Mt. Crested Butte, Crested Butte South and the Slate River valley. When you call about a door that will not open, the typical arrival time in Crested Butte is about 20 minutes — not a four-hour window.
Crested Butte is one of the snowiest towns in Colorado, and that snow ends up packed against the bottom seal of your door. Once it freezes to the slab overnight, the opener tries to lift the whole sheet of ice with the door, and that is how gear carriages strip.
